"Try before you buy” – Your Free 1:1 Business Coaching Session
At Small Fish, we believe that business coaching can be very useful to many businesses. While we understand that business coaching is not for everyone, we also know that many people don’t know how business coaching might be able to benefit them.
So we came up with the idea of “try before you buy” (well actually, that was someone else’s idea, but it made sense explaining it that way!)
Our philosophy is simple. First, we give you some business coaching for free.
If you get value out of it, you enjoy it, and you decide you want to continue – of course we would be happy to provide you with a proposal for an ongoing business coaching program.
However, if after the free business coaching session, you decide business coaching is not for you, we are still happy to have provided you with the free coaching session.
Why? Again, it’s quite simple really. Firstly, we are sure that you will take away from the session something useful and of value, which you can implement into your business. We like to be generous like that – it is one of our values at Small Fish.
But we also know that even if you decide business coaching is not for you, you will definitely know more about business coaching after the free session. This helps us, as it creates more of an awareness of what business coaching is - the Small Fish way. Who knows, you might tell someone – and it might be just right for them!
So either which way – after a free business coaching session, we both win. We like winning together – it is another one of our values.
So how does a free business coaching session work?
The free business coaching session is divided into 3 parts:
-
15- 20 minutes: Your coach will explain what business coaching is, the Small Fish way, how it works on the drivers of a business’ profitability - and then tell you about our “Washing Machine”. People find the structure very useful as they relate each element to their business.
-
30- 40 minutes: We use a “Mini Audit” to gain a mutual understanding of your business as well as your dreams and objectives for the business. The length of this stage depends on the complexity of your business. It is a miniature version of the “Audit” phase of the 3 Step – “Audit, Plan & Action” business coaching process we use in our business coaching programs.
-
Question time: We just want to find out whether business coaching could benefit you. Don’t worry, there is no high-pressure selling involved – we don’t believe in that sort of thing. We will however be very overt in jointly deciding with you if it makes sense for us to mutually invest more time with one another.
The outcome of the discussion will be either we agree to meet again, or we will be asking you if you got some value out of the session before we leave. As we said before, either way we are happy.
So how do I book in my free business coaching session?
Simple. Fill in the form to the right, and we will contact you to arrange your free business coaching session at a date and time that is convenient.
In most cases, your free business coaching session will be face-to-face with a coach that is local to you, at a place that is convenient to you. We have coaches in many locations, but don’t worry if there is not one near you. If that is the case (or even if you prefer it) - we will arrange a free coaching session via a webinar or over the telephone.
