I had the pleasure of attending a CxO training course at Drupalcon Denver featuring Carl giving a talk on "How to Retain Staff and Build Teams." I found this talk to be quite enlightening and was delighted to follow up with him with a 2 hour coaching session.
The discussion we had was more pertinent to my unique position and the small company for which I work. I can compare my experience with Carl to that of lying on a couch and having myself psychoanalyzed with regard to my work. He was able to help me pin point
particular areas I was having trouble with and to gently set me on a path towards both overcoming my weakness as well as to encourage a larger view and direction. I found that some of the points we discussed have cropped up weeks later and I am better able
to handle otherwise challenging decisions. I am happy to recommend Carl and his being coached to any individual or company!
