Tim Reddington

Tim Reddington brings over twenty three years of business management, administration and finance experience for domestic and international organizations both large and small.

With over ten years in of full charge CFO responsibility, Tim brings a wide variety of experience in financial administration, management, auditing, feasibility studies, business / management consulting, & project management both domestically and abroad. Culturally savvy and internationally aware, Tim has been a prolific traveler visiting over 55 countries -- plus he has been privileged enough to have lived in seven different countries on three continents. He led strategic planning focus groups in the USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, & most recently in 2009 Uganda, Africa.

Thus Tim has a wide range of experience and a diverse background. As President of Quality Associations Inc., Tim has done business consulting, business coaching, and project management since 1993. He has specialized in Business Plan development, finance and strategic planning. Additionally, he owns and manages seven properties in three states. As consultant and CEO of a multi-media software development company, he won a cash prize for a Business Plan presentation contest in 2008 and set up the company in a local Business Incubator. After serving as a Business Manager for an international school in Taiwan, Tim was asked to start-up a new international school in Hong Kong. This successful organization just moved into a multi-million dollar facility and is highly respected in their market. Tim was the budget and financial administration lead in a rural Oregon County. His budget team won an international award for Distinguished Budget Presentation in their first ever attempt. He has led seminars for other finance officers on Benchmarking, Performance Measures & Venture Capital programs. Currently, Tim serves as CFO for a food processing plant near Salem, OR.

Tim has an Entrepreneur’s heart and has set up venture capital programs for several organizations. He champions projects that add revenue or reduce expenses and have a short payback period. He has even proved the Venture Capital project concept effective in local governments and schools as well as business. Tim’s venture capital projects have netted over $2.5 million to date.
